Tip: Use your whole forearm from the elbow, not just the wrist. Big round circles score more than tiny fast scribbles.
Measure your spin speed in seconds
- Pick a duration — 10 or 15 seconds is the fairest comparison.
- Press Start spinning, hold the pointer down and draw circles inside the box.
- Only full 360-degree turns count; direction is tracked separately.
- The timer stops automatically at zero — read revolutions, RPM and main direction.
- Run at least three rounds and keep the best as your reference.
- For click speed instead of circles, use the CPS Test.
Spin-test questions
What counts as one revolution?
A full 360 degrees around the center of the box, in either direction. Half circles add up across the round — two halves equal one revolution.
What is a good spin score?
Most people land between 30 and 80 revolutions per minute in short rounds. Above 150 is rare — compare rounds of the same duration on the same device.
Does direction matter?
Both directions count the same for RPM. The page shows your dominant direction so you can spot a lopsided technique.
How is RPM calculated here?
Total degrees divided by 360, scaled to a minute: 10 revolutions in 15 seconds equal 40 RPM.
