Wordfall - Falling Words Typing Game
Type falling words through twelve levels. Build combos, freeze the board and protect three lives; mistakes accelerate words.
Wordfall
Type falling words. Twelve levels, combos and mistakes with consequences.
Three lives. Wrong letters push the threatened word down 8% and reset the combo. A word hitting the base costs one life. Resolve 5–9 words per level (misses count too). Finish all twelve levels to win.
How to play the typing arcade
- Choose pace, accent policy and actual input device. Play solo or local turns with up to four people.
- Type the first letter of a visible word to select it; finish without Enter. Active words have different initials.
- Wrong letters are ignored in the field but accelerate the threatened tile by 8% and reset the combo. Backspace edits the prefix; paste and multi-letter insertions are blocked.
- Missed words cost lives. Each level restores one life and gives one two-second freeze. Longer words and more simultaneous tiles increase difficulty across twelve levels.
- Pause, tab switching and focus loss stop gravity and time. Touch users type into the field; the board adapts to the visible keyboard viewport.
- Review misses, weak letters, scores and game WPM. Seeds repeat a plan, not live multiplayer; history separates pace, accents and input device.
Wordfall questions
Do errors really change the game?
Yes: each error advances the threatened word 8%. If it reaches the base you lose a life immediately.
Are accents required?
Only if enabled. Matching ignores case and supports Latin dead keys/composition. With accents off, diacritics are folded.
Is game WPM a standard test?
No. It counts only successfully cleared characters using five per word and active time. Freeze stays in the denominator; pause and between-level screens do not.
Can I play online with a friend?
Links repeat the plan independently. Up to four people can take turns on one device; there is no synchronized room.
